So you must have changed the cams because 170/180 bhp is very good for a 1600. Caterham claimed 150 bhp for the 1600 BDR but there was none that made it, 140 bhp was more like it.
The limit for a 1600 is 240 for a 1700 arround 250 and the 2ltr 295 or on a good day 300.
For a all new singing and dancing 1700 that has 220 bhp expect to pay arround 18/19K zozo's
